All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable 13% HST is not included and will be added at checkout where required by Canadian tax regulations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted via official email from the registered email address.
  • On or before June 15, 2026: 70% refund (30% administrative fee retained).
  • On or before July 30, 2026: 50% refund.
  • From August 1, 2026: Non-refundable.

Refund requests must be initiated by email within the applicable deadline.
Refund processing begins after written confirmation from the conference administration
and may require 10–15 business days for completion.

Visa Support & Refund Condition:
If an official visa support letter has been issued by the conference and the participant’s visa application is formally refused, a refund request may be considered in accordance with the published cancellation deadlines, subject to submission of official refusal documentation from the relevant immigration authority.

The conference does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities. Refund requests submitted outside the stated deadlines or without required documentation will not be eligible.
