15-minute podium presentation + 5-minute Q&A in a themed session.
Poster Presentation
Displayed for all three days with a dedicated poster discussion period.
Student Presentation
Open to undergraduate and graduate students — oral or poster format.
Virtual Presentation
Remote presentation option for international or distance contributors.

Abstract Format Requirements
| Title | Maximum 20 words. Use sentence case. Avoid abbreviations where possible. |
| Authors | Full names of all contributing authors. |
| Affiliation(s) | Institution, department, and country for each author. |
| Contact email | Corresponding author's email address. |
| Length | Maximum 300 words, excluding title and author information. |
| Language | English only. Bilingual submissions are welcome but not required. |

Submission Rules
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Previously published work may be considered if clearly identified at the time of submission.
- Authors may submit more than one abstract.
- At least one author per accepted abstract must register for the conference.
- Acceptance is subject to review by the conference scientific committee.

Presenter Registration Requirement
Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically register the presenter for the conference. All accepted presenters must complete the following steps before the deadline of August 31, 2026:
- Complete conference registration via the registration portal.
- Pay the applicable registration fee.
- Receive and retain confirmation of registration.
Failure to register by the deadline may result in removal from the final conference programme.
Certificate of Presentation
Issued only to registered presenters who deliver their presentation as scheduled at the conference.
Certificate of Participation
Issued to eligible registered attendees. Useful for CPE/CPD records and professional college requirements.
Visa Support
Official invitation letters may be issued after all of the following conditions are met:
- Abstract acceptance (where applicable)
- Conference registration
- Full payment confirmation
Issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. The conference is not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities.
Submission Confirmation

Your abstract has been successfully received and assigned for review by the IANHC 2026 Scientific Committee. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Authors will be notified of the review outcome according to the conference schedule. We appreciate your interest in contributing to IANHC 2026.
